POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations that are made within 24 hours of your appointment will be noted on your client profile. All last minute cancellations result in a fee (50% of your service cost). Cancellations made within the day of your appointment are considered a no-show (see NO-SHOW POLICY). Failure to pay this fee results in client profile deletion and you will not be able to rebook with Opal Radiance. 

NO-SHOW POLICY

No-show appointments result in a fee of 100% of the service. Failure to pay this fee results in client profile deletion and you will no longer be able to rebook with Opal Radiance. 

LATE POLICY

There is a grace period of 10 minutes allowed once per month. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment is cancelled resulting in the cancellation fee. 

PREP AND AFTERCARE POLICY

Luxury services require prep and aftercare. Failure to prep and perform aftercare properly could alter the results of your service or treatment. Opal Radiance is not responsible for failure to prep and perform aftercare properly. Prep and aftercare instructions are written under each service page. *LASHES: If a client consistently neglects their eyelash extensions, Olivia has the right to refuse lash services to prevent further natural lash damage. 

REFUND POLICY
All services are non-refundable. 

*Lash Extensions: If you are not satisfied with your lash set, you may schedule a lash removal free of charge within 48 hour time frame.  

LASH EXTENSION RETENTION POLICY

Excessive lash extension fallout within 24 hours of initial appointment must be reported, including photos of fallout, within those 24 hours. A touch up appointment will be scheduled for you at no charge. Refunds will not be administered (see refund policy). Excessive fallout 24 hours post appointment is due to faulty aftercare; a fill may be scheduled at the clients expense. 

FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED

Cash is preferred however, Zelle, ApplePay, and Card Payments are also accepted at your convenience. Please note a 3% fee is charged upon all card transactions. To avoid this fee, consider the other payment options.

Thank you for reviewing Opal Radiance's policies. We're all human; the uncertainties make their way into our lives inconveniently and cause us to cancel last minute, arrive late, and forget our routines, however, Opal Radiance is a small business. No-shows, cancellations, and late appointments hurt small businesses. This is why boundaries and policies are necessary. If one doesn't respect their own policies, who will?
